We Are Honest
We've turned down work we weren't the right fit for. We'd rather have that honest conversation upfront than disappoint a client halfway through a project. Our estimates are very descriptive and transparent. While other contractors hand out change-orders like Girl Scout cookies, for us, this is a last resort. We strive to keep what we set forth in our initial estimates.
We Are Skilled
A unique position that we hold in this industry is that our team has training and experience across all the various trades within construction. We've come up against every type of challenge you can face while building something. We bring deep, tested knowledge to every decision we make — when you trust us with your home, that's important.
We Communicate
One of the biggest frustrations homeowners have with contractors is silence — the unreturned calls, the vague timelines, the feeling that once the check is signed, you're on your own. Most companies today are trying to make their processes more tech driven and less people oriented. We are built the opposite of that. We love tech, but we love people more.
